Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Once placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities. So cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
Q: I just did a preview of the locker room print and the image looked a little fuzzy.
A: Our previews are produced in low resolution so that you can get an idea for how the personalization works. Your final product will be rendered in brilliant high resolution quality. You will love it.
Q: How long will it take to get my personalized framed print?
A: Please allow 7 - 14 days for your product to arrive. These ship from Chicago via FedEx Ground and you will be given a link to check your status after you place your order.
Q: Do you ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii?
A: Not at this time - sorry.
Q: What size are these pictures?
A: The horizontal versions (campus letter art, nameplate, etc.) measure 8" tall and 24" wide. The locker room, pub, stadium, family letter art, etc. are 15" x 18".
Q: Are these prints matted?
A: No, we have designed the look of a mat into the print itself. They look matted, but they are not.
Q: What are your frames made of?
A: Our frames are a very handsome vinyl wrapped MDF with a glass front. We ship them in air filled tubes so your product will arrive in great shape.
Q: How much do you charge for personalization?
A: Personalizing our items is always free.
Q: Why can't I put a number on the nameplate like #1 Dad?
A: We are looking to add this feature in the future. Presently the nameplate accepts text only.
Q: What is the last day I can buy and still receive by December 24th without paying extra shipping?
A: Monday, December 14th.
